錠劑就是為了方便而存在,只要把肌酸錠跟其他日常補充品一起放進藥品分裝盒,就萬事 OK 了。但這只是我的看法,來聽聽 Katie 怎麼說。錠狀肌酸必須先被身體消化才能利用,但肌酸吸收的速度真的有這麼重要嗎?簡單來說其實不然,至少目前沒有足夠的鐵證可以給出明確的答案。但有件確定的事,那就是肌酸的效果本來就不是立竿見影的。一開始服用肌酸時,身體會經歷一段填充期,讓細胞的肌酸達到飽和狀態。服用每日建議量三倍的肌酸,並持續兩週,體內的肌酸儲量應該就夠讓您看到日後健身的成效。肌酸的吸收速度不會影響訓練成效,消化速度快不代表會有顯著的影響,有沒有持續吃才是關鍵,想看到肌酸補充品的效益,長期服用就對了。粉劑
另一個選擇是粉狀肌酸,這顯然比較不那麼方便,您會需要隨身帶著小袋子、挖粉的勺子還有搖搖杯,而且每次吃的劑量絕對沒有錠劑來得精準。缺點講夠了,來說說優點吧!肌酸粉的成本比肌酸錠低,所以粉劑加一分!好處還不止如此,粉劑有不同口味可以選擇,這總是件好事,而且粉劑的用途更多,還可把肌酸粉加進任何高蛋白飲品中。重點整理
